Privacy Policy

Kuran.fm (“the app”) lets you listen to the meaning of the Quran. The app does not ask you to create an account and does not collect personal data.

Information that stays on your device

The following is stored only on your device and is never sent to us or to third parties:

The verses you have listened to (hatim chart), your streak, daily goal and total listening time
Screens you have hearted and your hatim intention
Your settings (text size, theme, reading speed, notification time, etc.)
The start date of the free trial
Audio files you download (Premium, offline listening)

Deleting the app deletes this information. The trial start date may remain in the iOS keychain to prevent the trial from being restarted.

Notifications and widget

“Verse of the day” notifications are scheduled locally on your device, only if you turn them on. No notifications are sent from a server. The home screen widget only shows data from the app on your device.

Purchases

Premium purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. To verify purchases the app uses RevenueCat, which receives only a randomly generated anonymous user ID and the purchase information from the store. Your name, e-mail or payment details never reach us. Details: revenuecat.com/privacy

Audio files

When audio that is not included in the app is downloaded, the server may keep standard access logs (IP address, time). These are not linked to your identity and are used only to operate the service.

Analytics and ads

The app contains no ads, analytics or tracking tools.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages and does not collect information from children.
